Daniel Herczegfalvy - Executive Director and Solution Architect
Daniel is having 10+ years’ experience working with IT solutions, starting as a Customer Service Representative. After 4 years on Customer support Daniel started as an ERP Consultant and worked with various clients delivering product implementations, business consulting, solution training and solution architecture in different industries and geographical locations.
After being promoted to Senior Consultant, Daniel worked with high profile customers and accepted a position at a client’s side to further improve their internal systems bringing in his experience and business analytics skills.
In the last couple of years Daniel has been working as part of an IT Project and Applications Team as the Lead Solution Architect. In his role Daniel’s focus was to improve existing solutions, and design new solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs and achieve more with less efforts enabling Digital Transformation.
In this position Daniel worked on numerous cross-departmental projects, being responsible for solution design and documentation, managing projects and project teams, training of end users, ensuring quality deliverables and manage stakeholder communications. New technologies had to be explored continuously and complex solutions were delivered to improve the company’s technology offerings.
Daniel is enthusiastic about bridging the gap between business users and IT solutions, to enable better understanding and making the regular IT user’s experience seamless using IT systems adapting new technologies.
Mikulas Simko - Operations Manager and Technical Architect
Miki has an extensive history working in the IT industry in different positions during his around 20 years career. Working in various positions from system administration, through customer support and development, Miki gained an insight to the different parts of IT needs of multi-national organizations in multiple geographical locations.
In the past couple of years, after completing his tenure at a software company as a Senior Technical analyst, Miki started working on the client side, providing technical support during implementations, software installations, working on custom reports, programming custom solutions, and integrations.
Also, his responsibilities included the definition of the development standards (naming convention, coding standards) and leading the technical analysts in the applications team.
Working in these cross-departmental environments, Miki worked closely with different business functions and functional solution architects, along with other developers to improve existing, and implement new solutions to improve the efficiency and reliability of business applications used. This expertise helped him to excel in managing and implementing database and software solutions, and continuously improve his knowledge on the current technologies.
Miki’s eagerness for high quality, scalable solutions is a guarantee for delivering best in class integrated technical solutions.
Miki and Daniel worked together for the bigger part of the last 10 years and built a systematic approach using their complementary skills to work on gathering business requirements, translating them into functional and technical design, communicating with business users and developing high-quality solutions with the end user’s requirements and quality in the focus.

Explaining the functional and technical aspects of the solutions to business users is also an important and fundamental part of their deliverables.

All this process is managed through project management principles and includes a rigorous testing and user acceptance plan to ensure the delivery of a high quality, scalable solution that can be easily understood and adapted by business users.
